Ahhh, it's Friday! I feel like resting and relaxing like this little guy. Love this little elf! But I've got a list of errands to do today...to get ready for Thanksgiving. Then I can relax a little : )
I made this bear several years ago, and decided she needed a little cleaning and sprucing up! I found this sweet crown at Joyworks last week. It's a perfect fit for a beary crown. Wishing you the best this week. I was thinking we had another full week before Thanksgiving, but it's actually next week...yikes! I've got to start gathering up ingredients for my Thanksgiving desserts. Yum!
Last Friday my sister and I went to Joyworks 30th Birthday Party. It was soooo much fun! They had the store all decorated for Christmas (it was beautiful), lots of delicious appetizers to sample (and recipes too), and special guest artist, Kelly Rae Roberts! It was fun to meet Kelly. Her work is so beautiful! Thanks ladies for such a fun party and many more years. It was a great time! Dream Big in 2010! xo, connie
I'm always looking for fun ways to display photos. I found this vintage soap dish at a local antique store. At the time I thought it would be fun to put something in : ) It works perfectly for holding my fun photo blocks. Love my sweet girls' photos on these blocks! Happy displaying!
Brrrr, there's a cold wind outside today! I started working on this little snowman, which is actually made out of a white sweater. It's making me excited about Christmas!
I just picked up some of these old time photo chipboard buttons by Jenni Bowlin. Thought they might be fun to use in some Christmas projects. It would be fun to use some of my own vintage family photos and make some buttons for family members for Christmas too. Wishing you a delightful weekend! connie
These PUMPKIN BARS are delicious! Pillowy pumpkin spice cake topped with fluffy cream cheese frosting...yum!
This is a photo of my frog bird bath in our yard. It's about time to put him away for winter. I'll bring him back out in the spring. Love the single colorful leaf in this photo. Ohh, my timer just went off...I baking pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting. Yum! I'll let you know how they turn out : ) connie

Aren't these carved pumpkins so cute? It was a super Halloween weekend! We cooked up some Dead man over Worms (meatloaf over spaghetti noodles) ...it was very good. Lots of basketball games and trick or treating around with friends! Hope you all had a fun weekend. I still can't believe it is November already...
What a scream! Happy Halloween everyone! This is my daughter's 4th grade class! Have a FUN weekend! xo, connie
One more calendar page...I've got to finish these up and mail them off this week! Thanks so much for all your sweet comments!
There are so many colorful mini pumpkins and gourds out right now. My favorite lately has been the white pumpkins! Here are a couple of simple ways to make a great decoration with mini pumpkins for fall. Enjoy, connie
